Features

📋

Segment Planning

Add, delete and drag-reorder segments, each with a title, mm:ss duration, optional buffer and note. Estimated start/end clock times are computed automatically.

⏱️

Big Live Countdown

Run the event and watch a large mm:ss countdown for the current segment, with pause/resume and jump to previous/next.

🔔

Time-up Alerts

A synthesized beep, flashing highlight and optional desktop notification fire when a segment's time runs out, plus gentle 30s/10s reminders.

🎛️

Adjust On the Fly

Add or remove a minute, or edit any segment's duration live — all following clock times recalculate instantly.

⏳

Drift-free Timing

Timing is based on timestamps, so locking your screen or switching apps never throws off the countdown.

🔗

Read-only Sharing

Share a link so the audience can follow the agenda and live progress in a read-only view that stays in sync.

How to Use

1

Build your agenda

Name the event, set the start time, then add each segment with its duration. Load a sample agenda to start faster.

2

Start the event

Tap Start to enter run mode. The current segment counts down big while completed ones grey out.

3

Move through segments

Tap Next when a segment ends. If you run over, the timer turns red and counts up until you move on.

4

Share and review

Share a read-only link with the room, and review the planned-vs-actual summary when the event ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the agenda timer free?
Yes, it is completely free and runs entirely in your browser with no sign-up required.
Does the countdown stay accurate if I lock my phone?
Yes. Timing is based on real timestamps rather than a ticking counter, so the countdown stays correct after your screen locks or you switch apps.
Do I need to allow notifications?
No. Desktop notifications are optional. If you decline them, you still get the sound alert and on-screen flashing when time is up.
How does sharing work?
The organizer creates a share link; anyone who opens it sees a read-only view of the agenda and live progress, updated every few seconds. Only the organizer can edit or control the timer.
Is my agenda saved?
Your draft agenda is stored locally in your browser so it survives a refresh. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to create a share link.
