Frequently Asked Questions

What is a chain relay?
It's a shared list where each person adds a short entry one after another. Useful for sign-ups, roll calls, voting, and quick group tallies.
Is it free and do I need an account?
Yes, it's completely free and requires no login. Just create a topic and share the link.
How many characters can each entry have?
Each entry is limited to 100 characters to keep the list short and scannable.
Can multiple people add entries at the same time?
Yes. Writes use optimistic locking with automatic retry, so simultaneous entries won't overwrite each other.
Where is my data stored?
Entries are stored on one shared record through pudone's share system and sync across devices. Records left idle for a long time are eventually removed.
