Is this check-in sheet free?
Yes, it is completely free with no sign-up. All features including import, export and sharing are available in your browser.

Your roster and check-in status are saved locally in your browser using IndexedDB, so they survive a refresh. Nothing is sent to a server unless you explicitly create a share link.

You can import names from CSV, XLSX and XLS files (the first column is used as the name). You can export to Excel, CSV, a PNG poster image, or copy a plain-text list.
Can I use it on my phone at the venue?
Yes. The layout is mobile-friendly with large tap targets and a sticky stats bar, so you can check people in quickly from a phone or tablet.
Can I record check-in times and notes?
Yes. Each check-in is stamped with the exact time down to the second, and you can add a note per person such as department, seat number or reason for being late.
