Preguntas frecuentes
How does P2P transfer work?
PeerJS uses WebRTC DataChannel for direct peer-to-peer connection. PeerJS Lobby server helps discover peers, but actual data doesn't go through a server.
What happens if peers can't connect directly?
PeerJS uses ICE, STUN, and TURN for NAT traversal. If direct connection fails, it falls back to relay (data goes through PeerJS servers briefly).
What's the speed like?
Speed depends on LAN speed and peer device performance. P2P typically reaches full LAN bandwidth.
Is my data sent to a server?
Metadata (room codes, peer IDs) goes through PeerJS signaling. Actual file data is transferred directly P2P via WebRTC.
