Features

🎯

Scored on five dimensions

Composition, exposure and light, color and white balance, subject and storytelling, sharpness and editing — each with a 0-100 score and a reason.

🛠️

Fixes you can actually do

Three concrete actions per critique, like moving the subject onto a third line or dropping the camera 30cm — never vague advice.

📷

Reads your real EXIF

Camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter and ISO are parsed in your browser and fed into the critique, so the advice matches how you actually shot it.

🎭

Three critique styles

Pick encouraging, strict professional, or brutally honest — same analysis, very different bedside manner.

🔒

Nothing is stored

The photo is compressed in your browser, sent once for analysis, and never saved on the server. History stays in your own browser.

💾

Keep your critiques

The last 20 reviews are stored locally with thumbnails and scores, so you can track how your shooting improves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this photo critique tool free?
Yes. It is completely free to use, with no account or sign-up required.
Is my photo stored anywhere?
No. Your photo is resized in your browser and sent once to the AI model for analysis. The server does not save it, and your critique history lives only in your own browser.
Which formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP work everywhere. HEIC works if your browser can decode it — otherwise convert it to JPG first. One photo at a time, up to 20MB.
How are the scores calculated?
An AI photography mentor evaluates the image on composition, exposure and light, color and white balance, subject and storytelling, and sharpness and editing, then gives an overall score out of 100. Scores are guidance, not an objective measurement.
Does it use my camera settings?
Yes, when the file has EXIF data. Camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed and ISO are read locally and included in the critique so the advice fits how the shot was taken.
Can it critique multiple photos at once?
Not yet. The tool is focused on a single photo per review so the feedback stays specific and detailed.
