How does region capture work?

You draw a rectangle on the screen to select the exact area to capture. The selection can be resized before confirming.

What does the mosaic tool do?

The mosaic/pixelate tool blurs a selected area — useful for redacting sensitive information like faces or account numbers.

Can I copy directly to clipboard?

Yes. Uses the Clipboard API to write the image directly to your clipboard for pasting into other apps.

Is my screenshot sent to a server?

No. All capture and annotation is done locally via Canvas API. No data is sent to any server.
