Frequently Asked Questions

Is this timesheet tool free?
Yes, it is completely free with no sign-up. All features including Excel export and sharing are available at no cost.
Is my attendance data uploaded anywhere?
No. Your timesheets are saved only in your own browser using IndexedDB and work fully offline. Data is uploaded only if you explicitly create a share link.
Does it handle overnight (night) shifts?
Yes. If the clock-out time is earlier than the clock-in time (e.g. 22:00 to 06:00), the tool automatically adds 24 hours so the calculated hours are correct.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes. Export to .xlsx (Excel), CSV with a UTF-8 BOM so non-Latin text isn't garbled, or a plain aligned text table you can paste into a message.
Can I keep timesheets for several months?
Yes. Each month and template is stored separately, so switching the year, month or template restores whatever you saved for that combination.
How is overtime calculated?
For time and hour templates, any daily hours beyond the standard 8 count as overtime. For the attendance-status template, days marked as overtime are summed.
